Wall-mounted toilets are a great alternative to freestanding ones because they are more stable and save a lot of floor space. Also, the wall-mounted toilet usually has an internal plumbing (or flushing) system, where the water tank is placed inside the wall so that it does not bear a lot of weight on the outside. Commercial applicationsMale urinals are the most commonly used type of wall-mounted toilet. They are great for public bathrooms because they let you install more units without occupying the floor.  The male urinals allow great floor space to line up a number of urinals while still maintaining a sort of privacy, although individual cubicles still offer more privacy.
 
Some problems Since wall-mounted toilets lack support from the floor, it can easily fall off when shaken or under heavy weights. The user must be careful not to rest all of his weight on the toilet or place heavy items on top. Another problem with the wall-mounted toilet is that it may not work well with other toilet accessories, installments, or attachments that are originally designed for use with floor-standing toilet installations. An example of this is the toilet seater attachment for toddlers or kids who are under-going toilet training. These are basically high-chair versions of toilets, and may be too narrow to be used with wall-mounted toilets.
